Christ Episcopal Church has called on BSI for numerous projects throughout the years. Projects include roof removal and replacement, gutters, flashing and downspout replacement, interior repairs from roof leaks and moisture damage, replacement of downspout drain lines to the street, investigated and repaired moisture infiltration around the offices area before we completed office renovations.

More recently, BSI did multiple repairs to the exterior and interior from additional water damage, reworked windows, replaced porch roof, painted exterior.

In their Parrish Hall, BSI remediated asbestos floor tiles, installed new resilient flooring throughout, added much needed storage space, new remote-control blinds were added on the exterior windows, along with new ceiling and wall refinishes throughout. BSI demolished two existing bathrooms and a small storage room to create two new ADA compliance bathrooms.

BSI added all new fixtures, ceramic tile flooring, wainscoting and accessories. A new ADA compliant water cooler and resilient flooring were added to the vestibule.
