Church renovation in Roanoke, VA.

Christ Episcopal Church has called on BSI for numerous projects throughout the years. This included roof removal and replacement, including gutters, flashing and downspouts replacement, interior repairs from roof leaks and moisture damage, removal and replacement of drain lines from downspouts to street, investigate and repair any moisture infiltration, exterior and interior, around office area.

More recently BSI did multiple repairs to exterior and interior from water damage, rework windows, replaced porch roof, paint exterior include the renovation of the Parrish Hall and two existing restrooms.

In the Parrish Hall BSI remediated asbestos floor tiles, installed new resilient flooring throughout, added a new much needed storage space where an existing stage previously existed, new remote-control blind was added on the exterior windows, along with new ceiling and wall finished throughout. The bathroom renovations consisted of the demolition of existing bathrooms and an existing storage room.

The space was reconfigured to allow for two ADA compliant restrooms complete with all new fixtures, ceramic tile flooring and wainscoting and accessories. A new ADA compliant water cooler and resilient flooring were added to the vestibule, along with freshening up the walls and ceilings.
