One of our long-term clients was featured in Roanoke Valley HOME Magazine this past fall. We have worked on many projects in their unique 100-year-old South Roanoke home.

Building Specialists kicked off a project on Main Street in downtown Blacksburg with a groundbreaking ceremony. The Town of Blacksburg, in partnership with Downtown Blacksburg Inc. (DBI), is establishing a new retail incubator at 414 N. Main St. (former Cook’s Cleaners) to support local, small, and new retail businesses.

Our clients purchased this home in Southwest Roanoke and had us add thoughtful, cost-effective changes to make it perfect for the next phase of their lives.
